# Delete Account Request

***Qube Commerce by Qubefyn allow you to send us a request ask to delete your account.***

please follow these steps:

* Login to your account on our website **commerce.qubefyn.com**
  * Click on your profile picture and choose the delete your account from account settings\
    you can also open Qube Commerce App on your mobile device and go to account settings and choose to delete your account.
* You need to wait for 30-45 days during these days if you logged in on mobile or website your delete request will be ignored and if you wish to delete your account make a request again.

**We don't keep any personal data about you.**\
**we choose to keep your activities or transactions, so it won't be deleted.**
